Section 1

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "nnok", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the nnok platform at nnok.bar and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the nnok website at nnok.bar, including all betting, casino, and account management features accessible through that domain.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the nnok Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account held on the nnok Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in the Account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by nnok, subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process, which nnok may require before processing withdrawals or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total cumulative bet volume that must be placed before a bonus or promotional credit becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means the time zone UTC+6, which is the standard time zone applicable to Bangladesh and used as the reference for all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the nnok Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and nnok.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Continued use of any feature of the nnok Platform following notification of an amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

nnok reserves the right to refuse access to the Platform to any individual at any time, at its sole discretion, without being required to state the reason for such refusal.

Section 3

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the nnok Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period of account use:

• You are aged 21 years or older. nnok enforces a minimum age of 21 for all platform users. This requirement is stricter than the legal minimum in some jurisdictions and reflects nnok's commitment to responsible gambling practices.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial entity for the purpose of commercial exploitation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of nnok, nor are you a close family member of any such individual.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from nnok or been subject to an account closure for Terms violation.
• Gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

nnok reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Where a player is found to be under the age of 21, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be void and forfeited, and the deposited principal will be returned subject to verification of the payment method.

Section 4

Account Registration & Security

To place real-money wagers on nnok, you must first register a Player Account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account security:

• One account per player. Each player is permitted to hold one active nnok account. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information required. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Any material misrepresentation — including false name, false date of birth, or false contact details — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Account security is your responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. nnok will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notify nnok immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. nnok support is available 24/7 via live chat and WhatsApp.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all players and is strongly recommended. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.
• Account transfer is prohibited. Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

nnok reserves the right to carry out additional KYC checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of withdrawal, following a change in account details, or where unusual account activity is detected.

Section 5

Deposits & Withdrawals

nnok supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players located in Bangladesh:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank
• International cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported)

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's Real Money Balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. nnok does not charge any platform fee on deposits. Any transaction fee levied by the payment provider is the player's responsibility.

Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. nnok does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

Withdrawal conditions: Before submitting a withdrawal request, the player must have:

• Successfully completed KYC identity verification;
• Met any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds;
• A Real Money Balance of at least the minimum withdrawal threshold, as displayed in the cashier.

nnok reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000 or where account activity is deemed unusual.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

nnok may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback, and other incentives to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any offer-specific terms stated at the point of the promotion:

• Wagering requirements apply. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus amounts must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on the promotion page.
• Expiry dates. All bonus credits carry an expiry date, typically 7–30 days from the date of issue. Bonus credits that have not been used by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
• Game contribution rates. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates for each game category are published on the promotions page.
• One bonus at a time. Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse of promotions. Any attempt to exploit promotions — including through multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or collusion — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account closure.
• nnok's discretion. nnok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in use by the player at the time of the change.

Players who have requested self-exclusion or who are subject to account restrictions under the Responsible Gaming Policy are not eligible to receive or use promotional bonuses.

Section 7

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the nnok Platform is subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules (e.g., specific sports betting rules, live casino game rules) are published on the relevant game or sport pages within the Platform.

• Bet acceptance. nnok reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion. A bet is confirmed only when a confirmation message and bet reference number have been issued to the player. Pending bets displayed during network interruption are not considered confirmed until a reference number is received.
• Odds and prices. All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. nnok is not liable for fluctuations in odds that occur between the player initiating a bet and the bet being confirmed by the system.
• Obvious errors. nnok reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were the result of a manifest error — including pricing errors, feed errors, or system glitches — regardless of whether those bets have been settled. Players will be notified of voided bets and the relevant stakes refunded.
• In-play betting. In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play markets may be suspended or removed without notice during an event. Bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted.
• Casino game outcomes. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. nnok does not control or influence individual game outcomes.
• Bet cancellation. Once a bet has been confirmed and a reference number issued, nnok does not permit player-initiated cancellation of that bet, except where the Platform's cash-out feature is available and the player exercises that feature within its stated terms.

Section 8

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nnok Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person in registering an Account that uses your personal information, payment methods, or device.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 or allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Initiating chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals in bad faith against deposits made to your nnok Account.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any scripted mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players in live games, sports betting syndicates, or any coordinated activity designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system vulnerabilities, bonus glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward nnok support staff or other players through any communication channel.

Where nnok reasonably suspects that any of the above prohibited activities have occurred, it reserves the right to freeze the Account and withhold any balance pending investigation. The outcome of such investigations is final and binding.

Section 9

Responsible Gaming

nnok is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum duration for each gaming session. A notification will be displayed when the limit is reached.
• Loss limits: Players may set a maximum loss amount over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
• Cooling-off periods: Players who wish to take a temporary break from the Platform may activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, access to real-money features is suspended.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting nnok support. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six months.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content on the nnok Platform — including but not limited to the nnok brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, data compilations, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of nnok or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or publication of any Platform content without nnok's prior written consent;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any Platform software;
• Use of any nnok trademark, logo, or brand element without express written authorisation;
• Scraping, data mining, or automated collection of any data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of nnok intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nnok's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nnok shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or whether nnok had been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of business, goodwill, or reputation;
• Loss of data or information;
• Indirect, consequential, or special loss of any kind;
• Loss arising from service interruptions, network outages, or third-party payment provider failures beyond nnok's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit nnok's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Section 12

Amendments & Termination

Amendments: nnok reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it materially affects the rights or obligations of registered players — nnok will provide at least 7 days' notice by sending an email to the address registered to the affected Account, and by posting a notice on the nnok Platform. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographic errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may be made without prior notice.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

Account closure by the player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting nnok support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Account closure by nnok: nnok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• nnok is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction;
• nnok reasonably suspects the player of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct;
• Continued operation of the Account poses an unacceptable risk to nnok or other players.

Governing law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through nnok's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and nnok with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
